If you’re aged between 10 and 26 years there are over 160 YFC Clubs throughout Wales that you can be part of!
Pontfaen YFC is a fun, informal place for young people to meet and get together each week. Activities range from DVD and pizza nights, disco dancing competitions and public speaking to trips to the local driving range, swimming, bowling and sports.
We meet on Wednesdays at 7.30pm in Merthyr Cynog Community Hall , Upper Chapel.

The list of opportunities and experiences is endless and Pontfaen is a great, fun orientated, club who enjoy competing on a friendly and informal level. Each February the club take part in the Brecknock YFC Drama festival with everything from 10 minute sketches to full blown junior dramas. In the summer there is the rally with cooking competitions, face-painting, stock judging, performances and partying!
The opportunities when you join YFC continue on from club level into County competitions and up into Wales YFC and the National Federation too!
